A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY
A few questions to get you started.
You don’t need to have every answer. If you have questions or requests, let us know before your visit. We’d love to hear what matters to you.
- What would you like to focus on, and what pressure feels comfortable?
- Are there injuries, medical conditions or treatments to discuss first?
- Which session length and price work for you?
Good to know.
Can massage replace medical treatment?
No. Massage can be part of a wellness routine, but it does not establish a diagnosis or replace evaluation and treatment of a medical problem.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Put your wellbeing first.
Tell your therapist about medical conditions, injuries and relevant treatment. Check with your healthcare provider if you are unsure whether massage is appropriate. Persistent, unexplained or worsening pain deserves medical evaluation; massage should not delay it.
