MOVEMENT WITH WATER’S SUPPORT

A lower-impact way to work on your goals.

Water’s buoyancy supports part of your body weight, reducing the load on your joints as you walk or run. The water also provides resistance to movement. How it feels depends on the setup, activity and your own needs.

Walking & running

Explore a water-based option for your walking or running routine. Start at an appropriate level and discuss how it fits alongside the activities you enjoy.

Balance & movement

Make time to practice steady movement and balance in the water. Talk with the team about suitable exercises and the support you need.

Water fitness for healthy aging

For older adults looking to stay active, water fitness offers another way to make movement part of everyday life. Bring your goals and questions, whether you’re new to exercise or maintaining a routine.
